Fahim Farivar is the founder and President of Farivar Law Firm, APC. His practice focuses on complex commercial and business litigation, employment defense, bankruptcy law (including creditors’ rights), out-of-court restructurings, and representation of debtors in Chapter 7, 9, 11, and 13 proceedings. He has resolved business, commercial, and financial disputes across a wide range of industries and has guided entrepreneurs and investors through in-court and out-of-court sales and purchases of distressed assets.
As a licensed CPA with a master’s in business taxation from USC Marshall and both a J.D. and an LL.M. from UCLA School of Law, Mr. Farivar brings an accountant’s precision to the financial dimensions of every case.
