Farivar Law Firm, APC (“the Firm,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through this website (the “Site”), how we use and protect that information, and the rights you have with respect to that information under applicable law, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act) (collectively, the “CCPA”) and the California Online Privacy Protection Act (“CalOPPA”).

The Site may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.
8. Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete it.
9. “Do Not Track” Signals
Our Site does not currently respond to web-browser “do not track” signals. CalOPPA requires that we disclose this fact.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
