Fahim Farivar is the founder and President of Farivar Law Firm, APC. His practice focuses on complex commercial and business litigation, employment defense, bankruptcy law (including creditors’ rights), out-of-court restructurings, and representation of debtors in Chapter 7, 9, 11, and 13 proceedings.
